wholesale Terms & Conditions

By becoming a grace + Marie wholesaler, you the retailer are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all wholesale orders.

  • all orders must adhere to the MOQ for each relevant product ordered (these are stated on our line sheet).

  • If a product is out of stock upon receiving your order enquiry we will notify you asap with an estimated re-stock date.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer and depend on your location and the weight of the packages. Shipping fees will be added to your invoice once your order is confirmed.

  • all orders are shipped via Australia post or Sendle.

  • If stock is damaged in transit this is the responsibility of the shipping company, grace + Marie takes no responsibility for shipping once it has left our premises. shipping fees include extras cover + in the unlikely event an order arrives damaged, We will endeavour to assist you in seeking compensation with the shipping company for any damaged goods.

  • full payment must be received via direct debit (payment details will be provided on your invoice) prior to any orders being shipped.
